Company Background
Established in 2001, the company began its journey with I-Care Optometry at Bangsar Village I. What started as a modest and carefully curated practice has grown into a trusted name in premium eye care, built on a strong foundation of clinical precision, professionalism, and personalised service.
In 2007, the introduction of EYEZ Optometry at Bangsar Village II marked an important step forward. This new concept brought together designer eyewear and advanced optometric expertise, creating a space where style and clinical excellence work hand in hand to enhance the overall vision care experience.
A major milestone was achieved in 2017 with the launch of Malaysia’s first ZEISS Vision Center. Designed as a fully integrated retail and clinical environment, it combines world-class diagnostic technology, precision optics, and personalised consultation to deliver a truly elevated standard of eye care. The flagship outlet is located at Pavilion Elite, Kuala Lumpur.
Since then, the company has continued to grow beyond the Klang Valley, including the establishment of a fully owned ZEISS Vision Center in Kuching, Sarawak, as well as a presence in Mid Valley Southkey. Each location reflects a consistent commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer experience.
Today, the company operates multiple outlets across Malaysia under several distinct concepts, including ZEISS Vision Center, I-Care Optometry, EYEZ Optometry, QOL, and EYEZ+ Optometry. With a team largely made up of qualified optometrists, the organisation continues to set a high standard in delivering professional eye care, premium products, and a refined service experience.
